Karsterra d.o.o., in partnership with Dinaric Hub d.o.o., is engaged in a project to prepare Zovnjača Cave in Podbablje Municipality, near the village of Biloši, for tourist visits while safeguarding its ecological integrity.

As part of this initiative, Karsterra has produced a detailed new map of the cave to support infrastructure planning and visitor management. In parallel, bat populations within the cave are being monitored using camera traps to minimize potential disturbances and ensure that tourism development aligns with conservation priorities.

This project seeks to balance accessibility and protection, transforming Zovnjača into a unique speleological attraction that respects its sensitive karst ecosystem.
